Do you offer returns on items?
Yes. Some items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. This is subject to the jewellery being inspected to ensure that it has not been damaged. We take pictures of our products before they are sent. We also check the diamonds when they come back.
What is the Kimberley Process
The Kimberley Process is a certification scheme which was passed by the United Nations in 2003. The scheme was set up "to ensure that diamond purchases were not financing violence by rebel movements and their allies seeking to undermine legitimate governments."
Are some items unable to be returned?
Yes. Due to hygiene concerns we are unable to offer any refunds on earrings or have them returned. This is due to our company being unable to ensure they have not been worn.
Are your diamonds sourced ethically?
Yes. This is something we take great pride in at Valentino & Visconti. We only sell diamonds that meet the requirements of the Kimberley Process, which ensures that diamonds sold will not fund terrorism, slavery, militant groups or human trafficking.
